SpaBeca Policies

Due to the ongoing problem SpaBeca has been experiencing of 'NO SHOWS' for appointments or last minute cancelations, the following guidelines are setup for your information and what you need to know about booking appointment(s), arriving at SpaBeca, cancellation policy, gratuities, purchasing/redeeming online and in house gift certificates and promotional certificates/coupons. 

 

APPOINTMENTS

Valid credit/debit cards are required when booking your appointment. After arriving for your appointment, you may elect to pay for your services with the card you used to hold your appointment or you may pay with cash or a check at that time. Your card will not be charged until services are rendered or unless the appointment is improperly cancelled or rescheduled. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

SpaBeca has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy for single services scheduled. A MINIMUM 48-72 hour notice is required for PACKAGES, MULTIPLE SERVICES, and GROUPS of 2 or more. 

 

SpaBeca has a 24 Hour cancellation policy so we may have time to fill the canceled appointment(s) with another client(s). Appointments canceled less than 24 hours or who are 'NO SHOWS' will be charged the full amount of the appointment(s) that were scheduled. 

 

If you have scheduled your appointment(s) less than 24 Hours before appointment time, your appointment(s) is/are considered a non-cancellable appointment.  

 

If you have scheduled your appointment(s) less than 24 hours before appointment time with a Gift Certificate or Coupon/PrePaid and you cancel or are a 'NO SHOW' you will be charged a $35 rescheduling fee with a Valid Debit/Credit Card at the time of rescheduling. 

 

When a client is a 'NO SHOW' for an appointment or cancels with less than a 24, 48-72 Hour notice, it is very difficult to fill that time with another client on such short notice since most people already have their next day planned. Being a 'NO SHOW' or canceling your appointment with less than a 24, 48-72 Hour notice cost SpaBeca lost revenue for that day that cannot be recouped and also prevents us from scheduling others in a timely manner. SpaBeca realizes plans do change and does not like to charge for appointments not rendered. So PLEASE call properly to cancel your appointment if you need to and please reschedule. 

 

ARRIVAL

If this is your first time to visit SpaBeca, arrive at least 15 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to unwind in our lounge, fill out a client information form, consult with your therapist, and receive the FULL LENGTH  of your service(s) scheduled. Your appointment is to begin at the time scheduled; this is not your arrival time to SpaBeca. if you are late, you may not recieve the full length of your services. Please be considerate of all others who have appointments following you by being on time for your scheduled appointment. 

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

While we do appreciate cash or check for payment of services or gift certificate purchases; we also accept Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. 

 

GRATUITIES

These are not included in the price of services or packages, however, at your discretion gratuities are graciously accepted by the Spabeca staff in the form of cash. Gratuities may not be placed on gift certificate purchases or on credit cards. The spa doesn't make change for gratuities. 

 

REDEEMING ONLINE OR SPA GIFT CERTIFICATES 

The gift certificate must be presented at the time of the service(s). Altered gift certificates WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Each gift certificate purchased will be valid for a period of 90 DAYS frome the DATE OF PURCHASE. Gift certificate pruchases are nonrefundable, have NO CASH VALUE, and are NON TRANSFERABLE. Gift certificates are sold for SERVICES ONLY...NO DOLLAR AMOUNT will be sold. 

 

REDEEMING GROUPONS / PROMOTIONAL COUPONS

Groupon purchases are for NEW CLIENTS ONLY AND DO NOT APPLY TO SPECIALTY MASSAGES.  When redeeming groupons or other promotional coupons, you must either present the actual certificate/coupon or bring an electronic form of the coupon (such as the app from your smartphone) in order to redeem them. Please be aware that certain restrictions apply when redeeming these coupons and other inhouse promotional coupons. Groupon/Coupon/Certificate redemptions are taken Monday through Thursday as time is available from 1PM to 4PM. Groupon appointments from 10AM to 12:45PM and 5:00PM to 7PM may be scheduled with an additional $25 Charge. Saturday Groupon Massage may be scheduled as time is available with an additional $25 charge. Current massage groupons are redeemed by Mr. Allen, LMT 1252. Groupons/Coupons are LIMITED TO 1 PER PERSON / PER VISIT. A $25 fee per person will be required to schedule two or more Groupons on the same day as a group. There is a limit of 1 Groupon per Groupon Offer that you may purchase for yourself. To continue to purchase more Groupons than the limit of 1 for you per Groupon offer will carry an additional charge of $25 per Groupon presented for redemption over this limit of 1 per offer. Beyond this limit of 1 Groupon purchases per Groupon offer, SpaBeca has serveral discounted offers you may continue to purchae directly from us. Please inquire about these discounted services if your are still in need of special offers. 

 

CHILDREN / MINORS

Children are not permitted to wait for parents or guardians while the parent or guardian is receiving their services. Also if minor children are scheduled services, they must have a parent or guradian sign their release form prior to the scheduled appointment.
