This ultra-relaxation treatment begins in our warm, cozy and Private Far Infrared Dome Sauna for 30 minutes that is great for pain/stress relief or if you just want to skip the gym for the day but still want to burn calories while enjoying a relaxing treatment. Far Infrared is a form of energy which heats the air through a process called conversion. This radiant heat penetrates deeper than steam or heat saunas and causes the water within the body to vibrate. The vibration has a profound effect on the tissues increasing metabolism, releasing toxins, and improving circulation. Far Infrared not only detoxifies but produces enzymes and balances hormones for a healthier you! Studies show a reduction in acne breakouts, arthritis pain, and chronic muscle pain. Far Infrared helps in weight-loss as it causes the body to liquefy fat and expedites its elimination. For every 30 minutes of a Far Infrared Sauna Treatment, 300 calories are burned.

After a quick rinse off in our Chlorine free shower, you will receive a luxurious, safe, gentle method of treating the face, body, mind, and spirit with our Hydro Massage Facial. This treatment begins with a melt away the stress back, shoulder, neck and head massage followed by a thorough double cleanse, tone and appropriate mask application. Next if appropriate for your skin type, your head and face are wrapped in Therapeutic Grade Essential oil infused hot towels to steam. During the steaming process, you are given an arm, hand, leg and foot massage. To complete this decadent treatment, the warm towels are removed followed by the application of a customized nourishing cream and facial massage.
