This ultra-relaxation treatment begins in our warm, cozy and Private Far Infrared Dome Sauna for 30 minutes that is great for pain/stress relief or if you just want to skip the gym for the day but still want to burn calories while enjoying a relaxing treatment. Far Infrared is a form of energy which heats the air through a process called conversion. This radiant heat penetrates deeper than steam or heat saunas and causes the water within the body to vibrate. The vibration has a profound effect on the tissues increasing metabolism, releasing toxins, and improving circulation. Next you will receive Instant anti-aging gratification without invasive procedures or needles as a cream-infused cloth mask is applied to the face to deliver intense anti-aging benefits that can dramatically minimize signs of aging. This luxurious botanical blend tightens and firms the skin for a lifting effect while deeply hydrating without clogging pores.

While the mask remains in place for 45 minutes, you will receive a melt away the stress Deep Swedish to Deep Tissue back, shoulder, neck , arms, hands, legs and foot massage.
