He will begin his treatment with a 1/2 Hour Private Far Infrared Dome Sauna Treatment to relax, warm and sooth his muscles for all his treatments to follow. SpaBeca's Private Far Infrared Dome Sauna is a great treatment for pain/stress relief or if you just want to skip the gym for the day but still want to burn calories while enjoying a relaxing treatment. Far Infrared is a form of energy which heats the air through a process called conversion. This radiant heat penetrates deeper than steam or heat saunas and causes the water within the body to vibrate.
